Unable to navigate away from "Unable to connect to internet..." or "Network unavailable" (Stuck on Screen)

"Unable to connect to the internet. Please check your network connection." or "Network unavailable"


If you are stuck on the "Unable to connect to internet" screen (1st image) or your campaign page with a "Network unavailable" banner (2nd image), and not able to navigate away from this, your CollecTin More is locked down to prevent tampering with the settings of the device, while internet connection has been interrupted.


The CollecTin More models either use the Fully Single App Kiosk (models 3G, 4G, 4G205, 4GA12, 4GA13) or Auto-lock (model A15) security systems.


Examples of how this can appear below. In some cases open apps maybe visible by pressing on the small square on the far right as in image 3.



Step 1: Identify your model and Unlock your security feature

Follow the unlock steps for your model CollecTin More (Not sure? See Which CollecTin More model do I have?)



Step 2: Reestablish Internet Connection

Once you are on the Home Screen with the CollecTin Logo please check your internet settings, depending if you connect using WiFi or an activated SIM card:
