Auto-lock Security Feature on CollecTin More A15
Every time you enter Give A Little or restart the device, the software locks access to the tablet’s settings and power off/restart menu, preventing anyone from leaving the Give A Little app or turning the screen off.
In order to regain access to the tablet's settings, you’ll need to unlock the tablet.
- Look for your device’s S/N under the base of the unit or on your Quickstart Guide supplied. You were prompted to note this onto the instructions during setup
- Press and hold the power button, then tap the padlock 'Unlock' button that appears on screen
- Enter the last 6 digits of your device’s S/N, and tap “CONFIRM”
- You should now see the home screen
Once you are done with accessing the settings, simply press on the Give A Little icon to open the app and the tablet will auto-lock again.
