To Connect to WiFi or check your internet connection
STEP 1.
> Cogwheel (Settings)
> Network and Internet
> Wi-Fi > Toggle ON > Tap Wi-Fi
> Select your WiFi and add password
> Tap the Back arrow android control icon on the bottom left of the screen
> Check that Aeroplane > Toggle OFF
> Tap back arrow on bottom left
Your Internet connection should be established / reestablished.
If you continue to get a "Unable to connect to internet" message in the Give A Little app. go to:
STEP 2.
- NO, the tablet is not connected to the internet. Continue Step 3.
- YES, the tablet is connected to the internet, and Give A Little is having issues. Please contact hello@givealittle.co and explain that your tablet is connected to the internet and able to connect to websites, but the Give A Little app is not connecting.
> Switch your internet router off, unplug it and leave for a few seconds, and switch on again.
> Repeat step 1
> Check if Give A Little reconnects, if no
> Follow Step 1 until where you select your WiFi
> Tap your WiFi > Forget
> Reconnect
> Check if Give A Little reconnects, if no continue to Step 4
STEP 4.
To check if the issue is connecting to your WiFi or if the tablet is struggling to connect to any WiFi, please try connecting to a phone hotspot. Please note that the phone you are connecting to needs to have a strong 4G signal

If you are able to connect to the mobile hotspot but not the WiFi, the cause is probably down to the WiFi. If the CollecTin More is neither able to connect to the WiFi nor Hotspot, we need to double check your tablet. Please contact us on support@collectin.com
