- The CollecTin More is switching on but stuck on the Give A Little login page, with internet disrupted but cannot navigate away from this page
- Bluetooth connection issues between the SumUp card reader and Give A Little (connection problems) or failed Give A Little software update attempts
- The Give A Little app is giving issue that are not resolved by restarting / downloading the update from the Give A Little menu
- The CollecTin More is not switching on / the screen is black
- The SumUp is not charging or the charging port of the card reader has been damaged.
