Stuck on Give A Little / login page / Cannot connect to Internet and not able to access tablet Settings

If you are stuck on the Give A Little / login page and not able to navigate away or access tablet Settings, your Fully Single App Kiosk is activated, which is a security measure that locks your Give A Little app onto the tablet.


If you loose internet connection, while your Fully Single App Kiosk is active, this results in being "stuck" on the Login Screen, where 

  • Give A Little is not able to log into the app due to the missing internet, and
  • Internet cannot be reestablished as you cannot access the tablet's settings


You first need to disable the Fully Single App Kiosk. You can find instruction for this in your Quickstart Guide supplied with the unit, or find the instructions below.
