Running / checking for a SumUp Solo software update

If you are getting a notice that a software update is available, however the update does not automatically get triggered, please follow these steps.


Step 1: Ensure you have good internet connection - either strong WiFi or strong 4G signal.

Step 2: Lift the lid of your CollecTin Solo 

  • Tap arrow at the top of the screen

  • Tap 'Settings'

  • Tap 'Software update'

  • Follow prompts
