To reset the SumUp Solo card reader (touch screen) in your CollecTin Solo:
- Make sure your card reader is on charge.
- Then hold the card reader's power button until it turns off and restarts. (Please ignore the sleep and shutdown pop-up and keep holding the power button)
- Once the card reader has turned back on this will be reset. You can now manually reconnect your device.
As a next step ensure your card reader's software is up to date:
- Ensure your Solo is connected to Wi-Fi, then tap the arrow at the top of your Solo's screen.
- Choose "Settings" and then "Software update".
- Your Solo will scan for available updates for you to install.
