The CollecTin More (SumUp or Stripe) is fully compatible for use in Europe, with the CollecTin More for Stripe also being compatible for use in Canada and Australia.

Once you have received the device you will set up your SumUp / Stripe account for your country.
It is important to note that the Card Reader must only be switched on for the first time in the country you wish to use it in, as the local currency will be locked in place. For example, a device to be used in Ireland needs to be switched on and set up in Ireland.

For available languages please see support article: Is the donation software available in languages other than English? (Give A Little)

Additional information for Stripe accounts in Europe (please confirm transaction fees as per your country's Stripe site)

To use Stripe with Give A Little you need to open a new Stripe account via Give A Little, even if your organisation already has a Stripe account. This is due to how Stripe manage permissions on the account. When opening an account via Give A Little the user will be asked for their email address and if you use the same email address as an existing Stripe account you willl get a chance to login and link the two accounts, streamlining onboarding.

The transaction fees for a Stripe regular account are an agreement between you and Stripe. Public pricing is available here: https://stripe.com/ie/pricing  > Please scroll down to see the 'Terminal Pricing'.
