Yes, Give A Little is available in 16 languages for the donor-facing experience:
English; Arabic; Dutch; Finnish; French; German; Hungarian; Italian; Lithuanian; Polish; Portuguese; Romanian; Slovak; Spanish; Swedish and Turkish.
Your account has a country setting which you select on sign-up.
This sets your locale and is used to drive the language setting, although this can be overridden by local browser and device settings. For example to select the language via your Android device, it is typically: Menu > Settings > Language & Keyboard > Select locale > languages

And please note that the administration portal is available in English only.
