Your Give A Little app will not load, simply displays a light blue screen and then comes up with a pop-up box that says "Give A Little keeps stopping" (see images below). This is being caused by the app's settings becoming corrupted.

The issue can be resolved by resetting the data for the app.
To do this:
- On the blue CollecTin Home Screen > Tap the Cogwheel icon (setting menu)
- Go to Apps > Give A Little
- Select 'Force Stop' to hard close the app
- Then go into 'Storage and Cache' from the same screen > Select
- 'Clear Storage' and
- 'Clear Cache'
Please open Give A Little and log back into your account. It should function as usual.
If you are still experiencing issues, please reinstall the Give A Little app.
