How to check the Firmware on your Stripe WisePad 3 is up to date

To check that the firmware on your Stripe reader is up to date, open the lid of your CollecTin More to reveal your Stripe WisePad 3 card reader.

Single press...

• Power / Settings button on top right
• Down arrow once
• Firmware #
  • Note the number after the hyphen, eg. WPC32.01-41052
  • Check this link (https://docs.stripe.com/terminal/readers/bbpos-wisepad3#firmware-versions) for the latest version. The version number will display slightly differently to that on your WisePad 3, with dot separation e.g. 4.01.00.52

If your firmware is not up to date, please reset your reader as described in the article below to try trigger the update:
