'Device Blocked' on SumUp Screen

I'm sorry to hear you're seeing the message 'Device Blocked' on the screen of the SumUp reader.

This is an anti-fraud feature of the SumUp Reader, where shuts it down, if it believes that someone maybe trying to tamper with it. It can also be triggered by dropping the unit. You will need a new SumUp card reader.

If your unit is within the 1 year warranty period, please contact SumUp on 020 3510 0160 or support@sumup.co.uk or by logging into the SumUp website with your account and clicking on the 'Support' tab. SumUp can send you a replacement reader.
If you are outside your 1 year warranty period you will need to replace the reader yourself.

You have access to buy a replacement SumUp for 19+VAT instead of the usual £39+VAT on this custom SumUp Website for our Customers. Click 'Order Now', add the 'Air', Go to Cart. In the pop-up select 'Your own bank account'.

If you are part of the Church of England you can also purchase one through Parish Buying - SumUp card reader.
Click on ‘Visit Supplier Page’ then ‘Get started now’ and then click to add the ‘Air’ to basket/order which is £14.99 plus vat.
