If the CollecTin More tablet starts talking to you, and adding green boarders around sections you tap an Accessibility feature called "TalkBack" has been activated.

A combination of very long volume button presses can bring up the below window, which provides an option of activating a shortcut to TalkBack. Someone will have turned it on by accident at some point.

Once "TURN ON" is selected, a shortcut is created which enables you to activate and deactivate the "TalkBack" feature by holding down both volume keys for a few seconds.

Step 1 - Temporarily disable Talkback to gain access to your settings

> Hold down both volume keys for a few seconds until a message appears that confirms TalkBack is turned off

Step 2 - If your Fully Single App Kiosk is activated, please stop this by performing the 7 fast taps and entering your pin.

> Stop Kiosk Mode

Step 3 - Completely switch off and deactivate TalkBack
On your Home screen go to
> Settings Cogwheel on your Home Screen
> Accessibility
> Select to Speak > Toggle OFF
> navigate back via the back triangle on the bottom left
> TalkBack > Use TalkBack > Toggle OFF
                    > TalkBack shortcut > Toggle OFF
