Settings to stop Tablet going into Sleep Mode
If you would like your CollecTin More be switched on to display your donation page continuously for days, please as a first point refer to the below article to set a sleep and wake schedule using the Fully Single App Kiosk.

If you have tried running your CollecTin More on a scheduled sleep time and this does not work for you, you can try forcing the unit to stay on continuously using the steps below.

Please find your CollecTin More Android tablet model below (date of receipt provide a guide)
4G A12 Android (Sept 2023 onwards)
On your Home Screen select > Settings
1. Battery Manager, under:
> Battery > Battery saver > Use Battery Saver > switch OFF
2. Screen Saver, under:
> Display > Screen timeout > NOTHING should be selected
> Display > Advanced > Screen Saver > Ensure this is not activated
The best way to control the tablet is through the Fully Single App Kiosk, which overrides the tablet's settings when the App is in use.
Home screen (round solid circle at bottom of screen) > pull the apps screen up by sliding your finger upwards from the bottom of the screen until a while screen with all app icon appears
> Fully Single App Kiosk
> swipe in the menu from the left of the screen (left to right) > Settings
> Screensaver (PLUS) > Screensaver Timer > 0 (zero) > OK
Back by clicking the left arrow on the bottom of the screen
> Device Management > Keep Screen On > switch On
Further use the Power settings to set a sleep and wake schedule.
4G 205 Android (Oct 2022 – Aug 2023)
On your Home Screen select > Settings
1. Battery Manager, under:
> Battery > Power Manager > Intelligent power saving standby > switch OFF
> Battery saver > switch OFF
> Sleep > Never
2. Screen Saver, under:
> Display > Sleep > Never
> Display > Advanced > Screen Saver > Ensure this is not activated
If the above does not have the desired effect, you can then change settings in Fully Single App Kiosk, which will override the tablet's settings when the App is in use.

> Battery > Battery Manager > Use Battery Manage > switch OFF
2. Screen Saver, under:
> Display > Advanced > Screen timeout > NEVER
> Display > Advanced > Screen Saver > When to start > NEVER
3. Wake and Sleep Schedule, under:
> Scheduled power on/off > Power on > switch off AND > Power off > switch OFF
OR set your desired power schedule if you do not plan to manually switch off/on your CollecTin More
If the above does not have the desired effect, you can then change settings in Fully Single App Kiosk, which will override the tablet's settings when the App is in use.

> Display > Advanced > Screen Saver > When to start > NEVER
