CollecTin More switching off after 24-72 hours
Please always use the CollecTin More with the charging cables and wall plugs supplied at purchase. Different models have different power requirements, so it is important to use the plug supplied with a specific model. If you wish to change the plug, please ensure the specs are the same or higher than the one supplied.
If your CollecTin More is connected to mains power permanently and switching off after a few days, we suspect some settings need checking / updating. It is also good to check the Battery usage information in case there is a power supply issue.
To run your CollecTin More permanently please use the Fully Single App Kiosk app, which locks Give A Little onto your screen. Besides providing security for your tablet, the settings within Fully will control how the CollecTin More functions and allow you to set wake and sleep times.
Here are links to instruction and videos showing you how to activate and stop the Fully Single App Kiosk on your CollecTin More for the below products, which you will require after you have completed the trouble shooting steps below.

> Cogwheel (Settings)
> Battery
> Battery usage
This shows a graph of battery usage displayed at the top. Is there any indication that the tablet has run low on power and recently was charged back up to 100% or is the line solidly at 100%?
Please take a picture and send to us.
If there percentage reached 0% this probably caused the switching off of the tablet.
If the above findings show that there is a power supply issue, firstly, are you using the original USB charger supplied with the CollecTin More? If no, please use the plug supplied to you as yours may not have the correct specs.
If yes, do you have another USB charger plug of 2A or higher, that you could use to see if the CollecTin More charges and remains at 100%?

Please note that if internet connection is lost, SumUp will log you out of Give A Little as a security feature. This may result in the tablet switching on to a login page.
