Factory Hard Reset - 4G Model 
[Dispatched November 2021 to July 2022]

This takes the tablet back to a state before modifications we make before shipping, so they would need to be re-done to set it up again.

Before starting the reset, please note down your Fully Single App Kiosk licence code:
> Open Fully Single App Kiosk (> Home Screen, swipe from bottom middle upwards, select app)
> Swipe from top left corner into middle to open the menu
> Settings
> Other Settings
> Volume Licence Key > Write down the Volume Licence Key, as you may need to reinsert this after reset. > Cancel
> Round circle on bottom black bar to take you back to the Home Screen


4G Tablet Factory Reset Process:

Disconnect your CollecTin More from power, by removing the battery or USB Cable for Static Installation from the handle.

The easiest way to remove these is to hold the CollecTin More with the screen facing away from you.  Use your thumbnail in the slot along the back of the handle, to push down on the top of it.  It will then slide down out of the handle.

Turn the tablet off using the power button.

(It needs to be pressed for 3 seconds for a pop-up menu about shutdown to appear, then select power symbol and OK to shut down.)

Press both the volume up and volume down (using two fingers) and keep pressing them during the next step.

Press and hold the power button for a couple of seconds and release

When you see the sideways text appear on the screen release the volume buttons

Use volume down button (5 presses) to navigate to “Wipe data/Factory reset” and press the power button to select

Next press the volume down button once to select "Factory data reset" and press the power button to confirm

The wiping process will take a few seconds

“Reboot system now” should be selected and press power button once to confirm.

There will be some settings missing and Give A Little will need updating.

Settings / Display / Display size and set this to Large.

Calls - Don’t allow any calls - toggle Allow repeat callers to OFF

Digital Wellbeing - Notifications - toggle Show Notifications to OFF

Network and Internet - toggle Wi-Fi to ON
Wi-Fi - Sprout - zzzzzzzz (8x) Connect

Advanced - scroll down
Access Point Names - select Daisy
Daisy - scroll down
APN protocol - select IPv4
APN roaming protocol - select IPv4
Save
