Give A Little Download / Reinstall App

If you are looking at these instruction ON your CollecTin More tablet directly:

This will download a 10mb file, so it is best to connect to Wifi to do this.
Clicking the downloaded file will launch the update to the app and fix the issue.

If you have a CollecTin branded app icon, following the update, the icon will change to Give a Little, but the app itself remains the same.

Instructions: Reinstalling the Give A Little App

Option 1: You are Reading these instructions on a computer or separate device to your CollecTin More

Click on the small circle on the bottom of your Android screen to bring up the "Home Screen"
Click 'Support' on the bottom right hand side of your CollecTin More [if the web page doesn't load automatically, please navigate to https://collectin.com/pages/collectin-more-support]
Under 'Frequently Asked Questions' scroll down to > 'Give A Little', > tap on 'How do I reinstall the Give A Little app?'
Read the information and tap as indicated to download the software.
Accept the notifications to download and install the latest version of the Give A Little app onto your unit.
- 'Download file again?' > tap 'Download again'
- Open the download > UPDATE
The Give A Little icon will probably appear on your Home Screen (accessed by swiping up from the main home screen). [If you have a CollecTin More model 3G, 4G or 4G 205, to move the icon to the centre of the main home screen > press and hold the app icon and drag it up to the middle of the main screen.]

Option 2: You are Reading these instructions on directly on your CollecTin More screen itself

Click the ">> CLICK for Give A Little App UPDATE" link on the top of this page.
Accept the notifications to download and install the latest version of the Give A Little app onto your unit.
- 'Download file again?' > tap 'Download again'
- Open the download > UPDATE
The Give A Little icon will probably appear on your Home Screen (accessed by swiping up from the main home screen). [If you have a CollecTin More model 3G, 4G or 4G 205, to move the icon to the centre of the main home screen > press and hold the app icon and drag it up to the middle of the main screen.]

If you cannot see the Give A Little app icon and you want to add it to the Home Screen:

Swipe from the bottom on the Android device to bring up the list of available apps
Find the Give A Little app
Press and hold the app icon until it offers you a series of options
Without releasing the finger slightly slide it upwards, this will immediately allow you to drop the icon in the home screen. IMPORTANT: If you have a CollecTin More model 4G A12, the icon will stay where you dropped it the first time, so be sure to place it where you want it to be positioned.
